One of Ikem's business ventures includes operating Istar International Realty, a full Service Real Estate Brokerage based in Beverly Hills, California. As a Real Estate & Mortgage Broker, he successfully guides and aids sellers, buyers, and investors to reach their property and investment goals. Ikem represents buyers and sellers of real estate all over Los Angeles including, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Century City, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, and Malibu. In addition to the following counties: Orange, Riverside, & San Bernardino. Ikem is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and the Beverly Hills / Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. He graduated from CSULA with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of La Verne. After completing his studies in Business and Information Systems, he applied his advanced education to the processes and negotiations common to real estate transactions. He realizes his clients will use him continuously because they are treated with honesty and integrity. He enjoys the intrinsic value in real property and the science involved in arranging a solid deal. |
